Brand New Book Club at the Library

Starting July 26 at 6:30 p.m., the Library plays host to a brand new book club. Club members will meet in the Children's Sotry Room to discuss Sarah's Key by Taitana de Rosnay.

If that's not enough to entice you in, in August the book club pick is The Art of Racing in the Rain by Garth Stein. Be prepared to shed torrents of tears for that one.

The book club meets the fourth Tuesday of every month. Join us!

What's the difference between a dragon and a lizard?

Size of course! In this case, Amadeus, a beautiful bearded dragon, (say that 5 times fast), may look like a lizard. And he is, sort of. He's two years old, and if he isn't walking on the ceiling of his habitat, he's hanging out on the warm rocks below. His guardian likes to take him out to hold him, but Amadeus prefers to get a bird's eye view by climbing up on his shoulder instead.

It's not every library that can claim it has dragons - except in books.
